د اورگاډي دغه پټلۍ له مزار شریف څخه پیل او د پکتيا تر خرلاڅې بندر پورې ده، چې په بشړېدو سره به یې د افغانستان سربېره ازبېکستان او پاکستان ته هم د سوداگریزو توکو په لېږد کې گڼې اسانتیاوې برابرېږي.

په چابهار بندر کې د ایران لخوا د افغان سوداګرو لپاره خپلواکه سیمه ټاکل بې له شکه د افغانستان لپاره په ځانګړي توګه د افغان سوداګرو لپاره د خوشالۍ خبر دی، تر څو خپله تکیه د کراچۍ او واګه بندر څخه کمه کړي.
خو زه غواړم چې چابهار بندر په اړه د ځینو فرصتونو او هغه ننګونې چې لا تر اوسه ورته څوک نه دي متوجه، اشاره وکړم، چې ځینې یې په لاندې ډول دي:
لومړی دا چې د چابهار بندر په بشپړ ډول فعالول د افغانستان او سیمې لپاره یو زیات شمیر فرصتونه رامینځته کولای شي، چې دا کار به په ریښتوني معنا افغانستان د مرکزي آسیا او سویلي آسیا تر منځ د تقاطع او وصل نقطه وګرځوي.
خو د دې فرصتونو سره سره چې زیات هم دي او د افغانستان په ګټه دي ځینې ننګونې هم لري هغه داسې چې د اقتصاد پوهانو تر منځ یو تجارتي متل ډیر مشهور دی چې وایي ” خپلې ټولې هګۍ په یوه ټوکرۍ کې مه اچوئ”، د دې متل پر بنسټ هغو ننګونو ته اشاره کول غواړم چې زه یې احساسوم
سربېره پر دې، د افغانستان لخوا په چابهار بندر کې د ۳۵ میلیون ډالرو پانګونه، د دې خبرې ثبوت دی چې اسلامي امارت د سیمې په وصلولو او اقتصادي پراختیا راوستو ته لیوال او مخلص دی.
دا چې ایران د تیرو شلو کالو راهیسې د امریکا او غرب لخوا د خورا سختو بندیزونو سره مخامخ دی، په همدې خاطر ایران په چابهار کې هر ډول پانګونې ته ښه راغلاست وایي.
کله چې په ۲۰۰۲ کال کې پاکستان او چین د ګوادر بندر جوړولو هوکړه وکړه، نو په بل کال کې ایران هند ته وړاندیز وکړ چې په چابهار بندر کې پانګونه وکړي، خو د امریکا د بندیزونو له امله یې ونشو کولای چې کار پرې پیل کړي، چې اوس هم ایران د امریکا له لوري د سختو بندیزونو سره مخامخ ده.
سربیره پر دې د چابهار بندر په جوړولو کې د هند هڅې هم د تائید وړ دي، ځکه چې هند په سیمه کې د امریکا اتحادي دی او هم وتوانید چې امریکا په دې قانع کړي تر څو چابهار بندر د خپلو بندیزونو له لیست څخه وباسي او یا دا چې په دې برخه کې نرمي وکړي.
د اوس لپاره خو داسې بریښي چې چابهار بندر د افغانستان په ګټه دی، خو د دې ضمانت نشته چې په اوږد مهال کې به ایران د افغانستان لپاره محدویتونه وضع نه کړي او یا دا چې وروسته له دې چې دا بندر په بشپړه توګه فعاله او کامیابه شي نو افغانستان به له صحنې وباسي او یا احتمال لري چې نوي او سخت شرطونه ورته وټاکي.
هغه داسې چې ایران ممکن چابهار بندر د عشق اباد له لارې مرکزي اسیا د سویلي اسیا سره وصل کړي، ځکه چې په دې سیمه کې مخکې تر مخکې زیربنا هم شتون لري او هم په دې برخه کې د ایران، عمان، ترکمنستان او ازبکستان تر منځ د عشق اباد تړون چې په ۲۰۱۱ میلادی کې لاسلیک شوی شتون لري، چې وروسته هند هم ورسره په ۲۰۱۸ میلادی کې په رسمي توګه یوځای شو، سربیره پر دې په ۲۰۲۲ او ۲۰۲۳ کې هند، ایران او روسیې د چابهار بندر د نړیوال شمال ـ جنوب ترانسپورتي دهلیز سره وصل کړ، چې اسلامي امارت یې په رسمي توګه ستاینه هم وکړه.
که په لنډه توګه ووایم چې د دې امکان د وخت په تیریدو سره موجود دی، چې د افغانستان څخه صرف نظر وکړل شي او یا زیات خنډونه ورته جوړ کړي.
نو په دې خاطر اسلامي امارت باید خپلې ټولې هګۍ په یوه ټوکرۍ کې وا نه چوي، چې یوازې په ایران تکیه وکړي، بلکې یوه لار د تعامل د پاکستان سره هم پریږدي، ځکه چې په نړیوالو اړیکو کې هیڅوک د هیچا تل دایمي دوست او دوښمن نه شي پاتې کیدای، بلکې نړیوالې اړیکې تل د ملي ګټو پر بنسټ پالل کیږي.
